Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring a Ramp Agent in Bozeman, MT. You will handle essential ramp duties including loading and unloading baggage, marshalling aircraft, and performing ground service functions with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The role is part-time and requires ability to pass background checks, lift up to 75 lbs, and work varied shifts. Union membership with TWU applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift and handle baggage/cargo up to 50–75 lbs.
• Valid Driver's license required and to be maintained.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with teams and flight crews.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Basic computer skills for paperwork and scheduling systems.
• Fluency in reading/writing/speaking English.
• This job is covered by TWU collective bargaining agreement.

Responsibilities

• Marshall aircraft on arrival and departure.
• Load and unload cargo and baggage from/to aircraft.
• Operate ground support equipment (belt loaders, tugs).
• Perform ground service tasks (ground power, water service).
• Assist with aircraft pushback, wing walking, and guide functions.
• Maintain a secure, safe work environment.
