Job summary

PrimeFlight is hiring Ramp Agents in Arlington, VA. The role involves loading and unloading baggage and cargo, guiding aircraft to gates, and supporting ground operations to ensure quick, safe airport service.

You will work in a team-oriented environment with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and adherence to airline guidelines. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to obtain required credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, etc.).
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft with accuracy.
• Operate ground service equipment such as pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts.
• Read and analyze load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates and ensure safe ground movement.
• Follow safety protocols and airline regulations in a fast-paced team setting.
