Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking Ramp Agents to load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail, and to guide aircraft to and from gates, ensuring secure, compliant handling on the ramp.

The role supports on-time airport operations and requires teamwork and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include operating pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts; reading load sheets and tags; marshalling aircraft; and maintaining equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access information in print and electronically on devices.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft with accuracy.
• Operate ground service equipment (pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, baggage carts).
• Read and analyze aircraft load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels.
• Marshalling aircraft to and from gates and ensure safe ground movement.
• Maintain safety protocols and comply with airline regulations.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
