Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is hiring Ramp Agents to load/unload baggage, cargo, and mail, guide aircraft to gates, and support ground operations. You’ll work on the ramp in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, following safety standards and airline guidelines.

Requirements include being 18+, valid driver's license, English proficiency, ability to pass background check and drug screen, and readiness for rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Communicate effectively in English
• Ability to access and interpret information on electronic devices (IPads/Tablets)
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Eligible to obtain necessary credentials (FAA, TSA, Port Authority)
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail with accuracy
• Operate ground service equipment (pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, baggage carts)
• Read aircraft load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels
• Marshalling aircraft to/from gates
• Ensure safe movement of aircraft on the ground
• Follow safety protocols and airline regulations
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Lift heavy objects in varying weather conditions
• Communicate with team members and airline personnel
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Inspect equipment and report issues
• Adapt to flight schedule changes and priorities
• Uphold PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
