Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Computer literacy is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers and TABC permits within two weeks prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and present menus while explaining daily specials.
• Provide fast, efficient, and courteous service to ensure a satisfying dining experience.
• Notify kitchen staff of orders, shortages, or special requests.
• Handle payments and assist with maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Uphold Kumori policy and monitor for customer intoxication.
