Qualifications
- Experience in server/FOH preferred (ramen/Japanese experience a plus).
- TABC and Texas Food Handler certifications required (or willing to obtain).
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in dining area and honeycomb booths.
- Present menus, answer questions, and recommend ramen styles/sides.
- Take accurate orders using POS and relay requests to kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks with high presentation standards.
- Check in on tables to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Bus, sanitize, and reset tables quickly for smooth flow.
- Collaborate with team to keep service areas clean and stocked.
