Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Director for the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) program in Tucson, AZ. You will drive strategic direction, lead complex US government and international contracts, and manage P&L with a focus on on-time delivery and margin expansion.

You will engage senior stakeholders across US and international partners, develop growth strategies, and mentor a team, with travel as needed to support program objectives.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 14+ years, or an Advanced Degree with 12+ years.
• Experience leading large, complex US government and international programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive the RAM program strategic direction in alignment with organizational objectives and growth plans.
• Lead flawless production execution, meeting contract deliverables and performance metrics.
• Partner with senior leaders across supply chain, operations, engineering, contracts, and finance to deliver on AOP commitments and margin expansion.
• Interface with US and German government and industry counterparts, suppliers and partners to align on program objectives.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for domestic and international opportunities within RAM portfolio.
• Oversee P&L responsibilities and financial metrics across RAM program.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation to ensure program stability and success.
• Mentor and develop a high-potential RAM team.
• Demonstrate ability to travel domestically and internationally.
