The Systems & Sustainment, a sub strategic business unit within Naval Power, seeking a Program Director for the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) program. The RAM program is a fast‑paced and complex US‑German cooperative program, which is highly visible within both Raytheon and the US Navy (USN). The Program Director reports directly to the Sr. Director of Terminal Defense Systems (TDS) Portfolio and is responsible for the overall success of the RAM Program. The RAM Program Director will be responsible for executing US Navy (to include Foreign Military Sales (FMS)) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts spanning development, production and in‑service. The RAM Program Director will also be responsible for executing RAMSYS‑prime German Navy and RAMSYS‑prime DCS contracts as a sub‑contractor. The director will set strategy, vision and direction for successful program execution focused on on‑time deliveries and unprecedented capacity expansion at Raytheon and across our supply base to enable near, mid, and long‑term business growth. This role will require an individual to maintain and continue to strengthen our customer and industrial partner relationships and create future growth opportunities through those relationships, while supporting the RAM team’s strong culture of empowerment and accountability. **This is an onsite position at our Tucson, AZ facility **Relocation assistance is currently not available

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Location: Tucson, AZ This position requires a security clearance.
