Job summary

RTX's Naval Systems & Sustainment RAM RAM GMRP production program is led onsite in Tucson, AZ, with a focus on delivering multiple US Navy production contracts and coordinating with German counterparts. The role requires extensive production program management experience and leadership across a large, international supplier base.

The position is onsite at the Tucson facility and includes a security clearance process, relocation not available, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent with 12+ years' experience, or Advanced degree with 10+ years.
Production Program/Project Management experience.
Leadership/management experience.
Experience interfacing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Drive RAM GMRP production program execution and on-time delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams across supply chain, operations, engineering, contracts, and finance.
Interface with US/German government and industry counterparts and suppliers.
Support growth opportunities and RAM portfolio.
Manage P&L, AOP and financial metrics for RAM contracts.
Lead risk identification and mitigation to ensure program stability.
Mentor and develop a strong cross-functional team.
