Job summary

Lift Solutions is seeking a passionate Territory Sales Manager to cover the Raleigh market. You will drive sales initiatives, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of our industrial lifting solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in B2B and industrial lifting, with strong presentation and negotiation skills. Travel overnight is a expected part of the position, and a college degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience; B2B preferred.
• Experience in industrial lifting (wire rope, chain, rigging) preferred.
• Self-starter with integrity and strong work ethic.
• Strong presenting, negotiation and listening skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
• College degree preferred, not required.
• Familiarity with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales initiatives to capture Key Accounts.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, qualify leads, and manage the sales cycle to close new business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets with territory growth.
• Analyze Top Accounts, market conditions, and competition.
• Become an industry resource with product knowledge on applications, training, and safety.
• Provide support to current customers and introduce new products and safety training.
• Conduct customer-focused presentations and site visits.
• Maintain account activity and documentation.
• Create timely reports.
