Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to review candidate profiles and assess qualifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS is a plus.
• Interest in education and technology.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound applications and evaluate against criteria.
• Participate in kickoff meetings to align on screening criteria.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles.
• Recruit for language tutor positions and ensure positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
