Visual Property Management in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to convert inquiries into signed leases. You will engage with prospects via website, phone, email, and social channels, conduct tours, and drive applications while promoting Raleigh-area communities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, or sales.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with the Raleigh area is a plus.
• Experience with social media and marketing is a plus.
• Background in partnerships and community events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries across channels to convert prospects into residents.
• Own the complete sales process from inquiry to tour to application.
• Schedule and conduct property tours (30-45 minutes).
• Follow up with leads post-tour to encourage applications.
• Develop local marketing strategies and manage social posts focusing on Raleigh.
