Ari Apartment Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Raleigh, NC to drive leasing and occupancy, conduct tours, and process applications from initial contact to move-in.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & occupancy: Manage all aspects of apartment leasing, from initial contact to resident move-in.
• Marketing & community engagement: Promote promotions, ads, and outreach initiatives; monitor leads.
• Professionalism & administration: Keep leasing offices and grounds presentable; manage guest cards and reports; supervise leasing team.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to meet daily leasing and renewal goals.
• Additional responsibilities: participate in training; network with residents and assist with events.
