Dewberry has an opportunity for an Entry Level Mechanical Engineer to join our Raleigh, NC office, working with a growing group of professional engineers on multi-building facilities and energy projects.

As an entry-level hire, you’ll participate in an ongoing program with professional development events and team-building activities while you gain hands-on experience and contribute to real projects at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 0-2 years of experience; internship preferred.
• Communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate the work of multiple disciplines.
• Aiblity to prepare mechanical engineering calculations, reports, construction drawings and specifications, project schedules and cost estimates to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design of new multi-building facilities, retrofit projects and energy studies.
• Prepare calculations, reports, drawings, specifications, schedules and cost estimates.
• Coordinate work across multiple disciplines and teams.
