Job summary

Dewberry's Raleigh, NC office is seeking an Entry Level Project Engineer to assist in project and construction management for our construction projects serving public, private and Federal clients. Travel to site may be required as the majority of time will be on-site at construction locations.

The role includes on-site supervision, safety oversight, quality control, and support for estimating and change orders.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Possess a wide degree of creativity and problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of Procore is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist on project management and on-site management/supervision.
• Provide quality control and safety oversight.
• Support pricing and estimating for new opportunities and change orders.
