Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• FE/EIT certification preferred.
• Experience with land development and/or water resource projects preferred.
• Proficiency with site design and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Perform site design work including site layout, grading, and utilities tasks.
• Evaluate land development feasibility through site evaluations.
• Review local ordinances and state regulations.
• Assist design team with permitting and construction plans.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and construction cost estimates.
• Prepare permit applications and engineering reports.
