• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-oriented discipline (Civil preferred).
• Professional Engineer license in North Carolina or willingness to obtain.
• Experience managing staff and clients across site/civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Site/Civil team and direct multi‑discipline site design projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; present to clients & municipalities as needed.
• Manage all aspects of project efforts and interfaces with clients.
• Prepare budgets and proposals; oversee design tasks including plan prep and permit apps.
• Ensure quality control of staff designs and reports; oversee compliance with regulations.
