Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Project Superintendent.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the construction industry.
• OSHA 30 and CPR Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct daily construction activities.
• Ensure projects are constructed according to specifications.
• Facilitate weekly progress meetings.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
