Job summary

HDR, Inc. in Raleigh seeks a strong BES Leader to oversee and coordinate project delivery, partnering with NC BES leaders to grow teams and lay a foundation for BES work marketing. You will mentor staff, support hiring, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities include managing scope and budgets for proposals, maintaining forecasting data, and strengthening relationships with internal clients and external market sector staff to drive HDR's Building Engineering success in NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years' experience in project delivery and engineering management.
• Proven leadership with internal clients and staff.
• Ability to work from Raleigh office and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate project delivery in the Raleigh office.
• Support hiring and grow BES teams, aligning with NC leadership.
• Provide scope, schedule, and budget input for proposals.
• Maintain forecasting data and deliverables lists for resource allocation.
• Foster communication and collaboration with internal/external clients.
• Build BES brand and long-term relationships with market sector staff.
