A respected Raleigh-based law firm is seeking an experienced Transactional / Estate Planning Paralegal to support their dynamic trusts, estates, and business transactions practice. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, strong drafting and communication skills, and proficiency in legal document management. This role involves drafting estate planning documents, preparing business formation documents, and managing client interactions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in estate planning and/or transactional law.
• Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal document management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive estate planning documents including wills and trusts.
• Prepare business formation and transactional documents.
• Support probate and trust administration matters as needed.
• Coordinate client meetings and manage follow-ups.
• Organize and maintain case files and track deadlines.
