Job summary

Diocese of Charlotte is seeking a Development Services Coordinator to serve as the primary administrator of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT CRM. You will maintain data integrity, create reports, and support fundraising, stewardship, and donor engagement across the Development Office.

Responsibilities include SOP development, user training, data quality audits, and collaboration with Finance and other departments to ensure accurate donor information for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Communications, Fundraising, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience administering Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or a comparable donor CRM.
• Experience supporting nonprofit fundraising operations preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with reporting, querying, importing, exporting, and data management.
• Experience developing written procedures and training documentation.
• Experience supporting multiple users within a CRM environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, ensuring data integrity, security, and effective use of donor records.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for CRM users and provide training.
• Create and manage queries, reports, dashboards, and data exports for fundraising and reporting.
• Oversee data quality, audits, duplicate management, and data cleanup.
• Lead CRM automation and business process improvements to streamline workflows.
• Provide user support and guidance for Development Office staff.
• Support donor stewardship through mailing lists, segmentation, and reports.
• Collaborate with multiple diocesan departments to ensure accurate gift recording and reporting.
