Job summary

RailPros, Inc. is seeking a Utility Construction Management Associate to ensure third-party projects on client properties meet the approved plans. You will observe installations, document conditions, and build relationships with field personnel to ensure compliance.

The role requires on-site work with up to 100% travel and a commitment to safety, integrity, and teamwork. Candidates should have a high school diploma and railroad or utility experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AREMA standards.
• Knowledge of general construction practices.
• Proficiency with electronic communications including email and text.

Responsibilities

• Observe utility installations across railroad property.
• Perform on-site observation of trenchless construction near live railroad tracks.
• Document pre- and post-construction site conditions, verify materials and layout, and maintain dialog with personnel.
• Document work in accordance with approved plans.
• Attend railroad and contractor briefings and discuss project requirements.
• Submit time and expenses and daily inspection reports.
