Job summary

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Three years of supervisory experience overseeing five or more employees.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment including nights, weekends, and holidays; relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety briefings and ensure compliance with FRA and BNSF rules.
• Facilitate crew safety discussions and conduct operational audits while riding trains.
• Assist crews with paperwork, vacation requests, and transportation for timely operations.
• Coordinate with customers to plan shipments and movements of cars, locomotives, and crews.
• Implement policies, supervise employees, and manage daily train and switching operations.
• Uphold safety in a mixed indoor/outdoor environment and require PPE as provided.
