Job summary

Travero, a subsidiary of Alliant Energy, seeks a track maintenance worker to construct, repair and dismantle railroad right-of-way structures. You will operate power and hand tools outdoors in all weather, with DOT/FRA compliance and CDL requirements. Overtime and weekend shifts are possible, and safety gear is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated mechanical ability and tool use experience.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, repair and dismantle track and related facilities.
• Work with heavy equipment and power/tools outdoors in all weather.
• Comply with CRANDIC, GCOR and FRA standards; use required PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
