Job summary

Travero is seeking a dedicated maintenance worker to perform construction, repair and dismantling of railroad track and related structures along the right-of-way.

You will operate power tools, work with heavy equipment, and adhere to safety protocols in all weather conditions. DOT/FRA compliance and a valid driver’s license are required; CDL within 60 days is preferred. This role offers competitive benefits and a chance to contribute to a storied logistics network.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability with exposure to gas powered and pneumatic tools.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform track construction, rehabilitation and maintenance along railroad right-of-way.
• Operate power tools and various hand tools safely around heavy equipment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and wear required PPE.
• Comply with CRANDIC rules, GCOR and FRA standards as related to the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
