New hires train on 1st Shift for up to 8 weeks before transitioning to 2nd Shift with a $3.00/hour shift differential. State-of-the-art equipment and a strong focus on teamwork support production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret measurements and detailed work instructions.
• Lift and move heavy materials in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble railroad track panels, turnouts, crossings, and other rail components.
• Read blueprints and follow customer specifications and work instructions.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and grinding equipment.
