Job summary

Progress Rail in Sherman, TX is seeking a Production – Hourly team member to operate overhead cranes, forklift, drilling and grinders and contribute to precise assembly and safe, efficient production.

You will read a tape measure and blueprints, maintain quality and cleanliness, and work Mon–Fri with possible overtime in varied weather.

The role requires 1 year of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED; benefits start day one and include competitive pay and company programs.

Qualifications

Read a tape measure and measure to the 32nd inch.
Read basic blueprints/drawings for assembly.
Good attendance and reliability.
Willing to work Mon–Fri and overtime as needed.

Job Purpose
