Cordoba Corporation seeks a Railroad Safety and Roadway Worker Protection Manager in Wasco, CA. The role leads the federally mandated RWP training program, enforcing compliance with OSHA, FRA, and Cal/OSHA requirements, and supervising staff on railroad construction safety initiatives.

Responsibilities include audits, risk assessments, and coordinating with rail partners, law enforcement, and emergency services to ensure safe operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of training and/or railroad operations experience.
• Subject matter expert in 49 CFR 214 Railroad Workplace Safety and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to design, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and measure training and development activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and manage the RWP training program.
• Deliver general and railroad safety training for staff and contractors.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments for OSHA/FR A/Cal/OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate safety meetings among staff, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor compliance and recommend improvements for railroad safety program.
