Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
• Communicates effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Ability for long-term travel assignments, including multi-month deployments.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee worksite safety and provide flagging services as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FRA regulations during work near tracks.
• Monitor track conditions, approaching trains, and work activities for safety.
• Coordinate train movements with dispatchers, engineers, and supervisors.
• Document all activities including briefings and incident reports for management and regulators.
• Enforce Railroad, State, and Federal Policies.
