Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a railroad company.
• Must successfully complete all required training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee worksite safety and provide flagging as needed.
• Conduct job briefings and ensure FRA 49 CFR 214 compliance.
• Monitor track conditions and approaching trains to keep personnel safe.
• Coordinate train movements with dispatchers and supervisors via radio/phone.
• Document all activities and submit reports to management and regulators.
• Enforce Railroad, State, and Federal policies.
