Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture by actively participating in the implementation and enforcement of the Company's safety program.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, clients, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings and work with project staff to solve any problems that may arise during project execution.
• Develop work plans and schedules to achieve project objectives.
• Assist project superintendent in field execution of work.
• Oversee procurement of project materials and equipment.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
• Oversee contract administration and project financial performance, including cost forecasting, cost controls, and budget compliance.
• Monitor project schedules and progress using critical path method (CPM) techniques.
• Oversee project quality programs to ensure compliance with contract specifications and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff to strengthen project teams.
