VIVA Railings is seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee daily railing installation projects in Austin, TX. You will lead a crew, coordinate with project managers, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 3–5 years as a foreman in construction, ability to read blueprints, and strong communication with clients and subcontractors. You will help plan, organize, and document progress.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of foreman experience in construction, railing installation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high workmanship.
• Good communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
