Job summary

VIVA Railings is seeking an Install Associate to ensure accurate and efficient installation of railing products on construction sites. You will prepare sites, manage materials, and assist in assembling premium railings while upholding safety and quality standards.

This hands-on role suits individuals who value teamwork, can read construction plans, and are comfortable lifting heavy objects in various weather conditions. Experience in construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read construction blueprints/diagrams is beneficial.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Capable of working in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and workplace best practices.

Responsibilities

• Railing installation: assist in installing VIVA Railings products following guidelines to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Material handling: load/unload construction supplies and manage materials such as glass panels, metals and fasteners.
• Site preparation: clean and prepare sites, remove hazards, ensure tools are in safe working order.
• Equipment operation: use hand and power tools and maintain them in good condition.
• Safety and compliance: follow safety protocols, use PPE, and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Team collaboration: work with supervisors, project managers and teammates; participate in meetings and improvement efforts.
