Job summary

VIVA Railings is seeking an Install Associate to support on-site installation of railing systems at construction sites. You will prepare sites, manage materials, and assist in assembling premium railings. This hands-on role requires strong teamwork, safety focus, and the ability to read simple blueprints.

You will collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to ensure quality installations under varying weather conditions. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Railing Installation: Assist in installing VIVA Railings products, adhering to company guidelines to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Material Handling: Efficiently load and unload construction supplies, manage materials such as glass panels, metals, and fasteners necessary for installation.
• Site Preparation: Clean and prepare sites, removing hazards and ensuring tools and equipment are in safe working order.
• Equipment Operation: Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, maintain them in good condition, and ensure they are stored properly after use.
• Safety and Compliance: Comply with all safety protocols, use required PPE, and report unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with construction supervisors, project managers, and other team members to complete installations.
