TrinityRail Maintenance Services, Inc. is hiring the open position of Career Welder in Cartersville, Georgia! We provide a complete array of railcar maintenance services.

Responsibilities include laying out, aligning and welding metal parts, performing various welding processes, inspecting work for conformance, and adhering to safety practices. 1-2 years' experience preferred; ability to pass weld assessment; first shift 6:00am - 4:30pm with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of welding experience preferred.
• Ability to pass weld assessment.
• Proficiency in fillet and grove welds, and measurement within tolerances.

Responsabilités

• Lay out, position, align and fit metal parts for welding.
• Tack-weld and weld parts using manual and semi-automatic equipment.
• Inspect finished work for conformance to specifications and maintain records.
• Follow all safety rules and participate in safety initiatives.
