Road & Rail Services in Greer, SC is hiring Vehicle Loaders for our automotive operation. You will drive newly manufactured vehicles onto railcars, secure them for transport, and move vehicles between production, staging, and parking areas.

This role requires climbing ladders up to 20 feet, working outdoors in all weather, and maintaining a safety-first approach while communicating with team members during loading.

Responsibilities

• Drive newly manufactured vehicles onto railcars.
• Position vehicles in the correct location according to loading instructions.
• Secure vehicles for safe transportation.
• Move vehicles between production, staging, and parking areas.
• Enter and exit multiple vehicles throughout the shift.
• Climb railcar ladders and work at heights of up to 20 feet.
• Inspect vehicle placement and securement before transport.
• Follow designated driving routes and traffic patterns.
• Communicate with team members during the loading process.
• Follow all company, customer, and facility safety procedures.
• Report vehicle damage, equipment problems, and unsafe conditions.
