Road & Rail Services is hiring a dependable Vehicle Loader to join our McCalla team in an active outdoor role. You will drive new vehicles onto railcars, load and unload them, and help prepare vehicles for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare railcars for vehicles to be safely loaded and unloaded.
• Drive new vehicles onto and off railcars using established procedures.
• Secure vehicles inside railcars as required.
• Release vehicle securement devices during the unloading process.
• Move vehicles between production areas, designated parking locations, and transportation staging areas.
• Inspect vehicles and work areas for visible damage or safety concerns.
• Follow assigned routes, loading patterns, and operational instructions.
• Comply with all company, customer, railroad, and site safety requirements.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
