Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency preferred.
• 1+ years heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Must be able to perform basic math, including fractions, percentages, read gauges and read manuals.
• Must have base competencies to operate large power equipment used in grounds and maintenance and safety regulations.
• Ability to plan, organize and prepare accurate records with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Operate mobile equipment to move raw materials from train to stockpile and load finished products.
• Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and perform preventative maintenance as needed.
• Maintain roadways and loading areas for designated business unit.
• Follow safety rules and report repairs promptly.
• Relieve in other plant operations such as rail unloading, maintenance, quality control and scale house.
• Willingness to work irregular shifts, including weekends, as required.
