Qualifications

• Excellent teamwork and customer service.
• Ability to read/write general documentation (briefings, procedures).
• Physically fit to climb/handle railcars and operate gear.
• Daily use of Excel and Outlook assumed.
• Ability to obtain certification and pass drug/alcohol and medical clearances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of locomotive and train movements, conduct briefings.
• Operate switches, derails, and connect/disconnect cars with team.
• Provide protection of train, track, and equipment.
• Perform locomotive and brake inspections and tests daily.
• Complete daily reports and logs for the customer and company.
• Participate in training and company initiatives.
