Job summary

PSC Group is seeking Railcar Repair Technicians to safely handle heavy equipment, railcars, and tracks while completing all repairs. This is a full-time on-site role that emphasizes safety, quality, and hands-on training.

Excellent stability and a path to long-term employment are offered. Qualified applicants should be 18+, fluent in English, and able to pass drug screening, physicals, and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• On-the-job training is available
• May require a valid Driver’s License and/or a valid TWIC card depending on location
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE and pass any required medical exams

Responsibilities

• Interpret job work orders and follow blueprints/schematics to perform repairs
• Weld, cut and gouge using basic mechanical skills
• Notify of materials and/or equipment required to complete tasks
• Follow safety rules and EH&S policies and maintain a clean work area
• Ensure QA standards are met
• Complete additional duties as assigned to finish the task
