Job summary

PSC Group is hiring full-time Railcar Repair Technicians in Pedricktown, NJ to safely handle heavy equipment, railcars, and tracks while completing repairs. Build a stable, long-term career with a company that prioritizes employees.

Requirements include 18+ years old, legal work status in the U.S., ability to pass drug and background checks, and fluency in English. On-site roles with regular Monday–Friday hours and on-site safety focus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Drug screen, physical, and background check required.
• Speak, read, write fluent English.
• May require a valid Driver's License and/or a TWIC card depending on location.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality required.
• Previous military experience and following procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret job work orders and follow blueprints/schematics to perform repairs.
• Utilize basic mechanical skills to weld, cut, and gouge.
• Notify of materials/equipment required to complete tasks.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area; comply with EH&S policies.
• Ensure adherence to AAR, ARS and customer QA standards.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to finish tasks.
