Job summary

Guardian Rail is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to coordinate maintenance events on railcars. You will be the main point of contact for customers, engage with QA, and ensure documentation and timelines are accurate throughout the production process.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems. On-site position in Amarillo, TX with standard office hours and regular status reporting to management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in railcar maintenance planning and fleet management preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills with all levels of customer org.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for railcar maintenance services.
• Coordinate with QA and office manager to ensure accuracy of estimates and documentation.
• Update production teams and customers on car status and lead times.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly status reports from computer systems.
