Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• 2–4 years mechanical finishing experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and supervises shift production to ensure timely repairs and perform in-process quality audits.
• Communicates work area status to Production Manager and coordinates with other areas to facilitate smooth car flow.
• Uses technical experience and problem-solving to achieve quality repairs and motivates workers.
• Ensures all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
