Qualifications

• Must safely operate locomotive and switch engine.
• Experience operating locomotive in a rail yard.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.

Responsibilities

• Move railcars and operate locomotives as per switch list.
• Direct flow of cars in rail yard and maintain clean work area.
• Record trailer and railcar movements and complete yard reports.
