Transco Rail Services is seeking a Switch Technician to operate locomotives and move railcars from a switch list in our North American yards. You will safely move cars, coordinate with yard teams, and monitor signals to keep the workflow efficient.

The role requires prior locomotive experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and the stamina to work in a fast‑paced, safety‑driven environment. A drug screen and physical are required, and we provide a comprehensive benefits package from day one.

Qualifications

• Safely operate locomotive and move railcars within yard.
• Ability to read simple instructions and perform arithmetic tasks.
• Maintain safe work area and report hazards.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied environments.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and physical.
