Job summary

MCT Companies in Fresno, CA is seeking a Rail Branch Supervisor to lead daily operations at our rail yard. You will plan, staff, and direct maintenance work to meet safety, quality and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent and strong leadership and communication. Schedule is Saturday to Wednesday, 5:00am–1:30pm; pay ranges from $27.00 to $31.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or related experience.
• Strong communication with customers, technicians, and managers.
• Experience in Performance Management, Project Management, Coaching, and results-driven leadership.
• Ability to multitask and work under high stress with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage rail branch to ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Plan, staff, and evaluate departmental priorities; supervise supervisors and technicians.
• Maintain schedule to support timely preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Provide instruction and training for site supervisors and promote safety.
