Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Related experience in construction or physical labor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload railcars using hand tools and maintain terminal site.
• Operate landscaping tools to maintain facility exterior.
• Perform preventative maintenance on terminal equipment and machinery.
• May operate heavy equipment with proper training/certification.
• Adhere to safety policies including OSHA/MSHA regulations.
