Qualifications

• Must understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow Lead Rail or Area Manager daily task directions.
• Unload railcars and maintain terminal site.
• Operate lawnmower and landscaping equipment to maintain facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance on terminal equipment.
• May operate heavy equipment after training.
• Commit to safety policies and OSHA/MSHA rules.
