Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a safety sensitive position within an industrial, distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience of 3+ years in industrial settings.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP for inventory and loading data.
• Experience with Koerber/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safe and clean work environment, embedding safety as the highest priority.
• Safely operate industrial equipment to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Lead loading/unloading sequences for trucks and railcars with attention to weight distribution and security.
• Perform root cause analysis for safety or loading incidents and recommend improvements.
• Audit material movement in SAP/Koerber to ensure real-time data accuracy.
