Job summary

Base hourly rate $32.00, with responsibilities in loading, unloading, and warehouse operations, while applying SAP and Koerber WMS expertise to keep data accurate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a safety sensitive industrial, distribution or manufacturing role.
• Strong math skills for counting, pallet/load verification, and Bills of Lading.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision and make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safe, clean, and compliant work environment as the top priority.
• Safely load/unload materials and move goods using trucks/railcars.
• Lead complex loading sequences with attention to weight distribution and load security.
• Detect bottlenecks, perform root-cause analyses, and drive improvements with leadership.
• Mentor Level I/II associates on equipment safety and operational discipline.
• Execute cycle counts and investigate inventory variances in real time.
